From professional housekeeping and maintenance to managing every guest interaction, my goal is simple: the only thing you have to do is check your revenue reports each month.
How do you handle housekeeping and maintenance?
We apply standards of excellence to every stay. Each cleaning is followed by a rigorous quality control check to ensure total transparency. Our goal is to ensure your property remains in pristine condition, while adding our 'GuestProvence signature': a handwritten note and a touch of the local terroir, guaranteeing 5-star reviews that will boost your visibility.
Will I still be free to use my own property?
Absolutely. It is your home, and you remain completely in control. You can block out any dates for your personal use directly through our shared management app. Whether you want to spend a weekend there or host friends, we simply ask that you let us know in advance so we can synchronize the booking calendar and ensure the house is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
How do you ensure property security and guest screening?
